I am back with another DailyMove for the week to help you get on track with your home or gym fitness goals. Thinking of the benefits of completing a full body workout routine helped me create this circuit series. A full body dumbbell circuit workout can place more stress on your metabolism and force a greater response to fat loss and rapid transformation. Combining a program such as this with optimal nutrition can make an impact on your health and fitness milestones.

DAILYMOVE Program by New Persona: 9 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Circuit Workout — New Persona

Warm Up (2-3 Cycles or Sets)
1. Half Jacks 2×30
2. High Knees 2×10
3. Butt Kicks 2×10
4. Arm Swings 2×10

DailyMove – WeeklyWorkout.ca (3-5 sets or cycles)
1. Squat Jumps 3×12-15
2. Bent Over Row 3×12-15
3. Push Up + Climber 3×3-6

This is a full body dumbbell circuit workout routine. You can always modify the movement to make the routine easier and reduce the odds of injury. My recommendation is always to learn the proper technique to ensure you are getting the most value from your workout routine. If you want to decrease the intensity you can either remove the weights or add a lighter weight when performing the workout routine. At the end of the day find a way to get through it safely.
