As I said earlier in the video having knowledge of bodyweight leg exercises can make your workouts a lot easier to design. By simply adding some if not all of the movements featured in this video you are sure to build lean, strong and powerful muscles. I highly recommend starting with less dynamic or high impact bodyweight leg exercises (ie. squats vs. jump squats and lunges vs. jump lunges). This would reduce risk of injury in the early stages and will provide a foundation for you to increase strength and intensity much faster.
