3 cups mixed berries (i.e. raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)

0.6 cup raw pumpkin seeds shelled

0.3 cup chopped walnuts

0.3 cup chia seeds

0.3 cup flax seed meal

1.2 teaspoon cinnamon

0.3 teaspoon ground cloves

0.3 teaspoon salt
