I am going out on a limb here and say you might like ice cream.

It might be a long stretch yet I have been thinking of ways to throw almost every delicious dessert that comes to mind into a healthy protein packed treat that can help you get better health and fitness results while counting macros…learn more about that here.

So, is it possible?

Was I able to compile a master list of the most awesome protein packed ice cream recipes from the web?

Did I scour the nearest ends of the world to bring back some of the most epic protein ice cream recipes that will make your mouth water?

My short answer.

Yes. I did.

Many of these recipes are lower in carbohydrates compared to their counterparts. Many of them can also be added up to equal a serving of protein based on your portion amounts. Many of them would put a smile on my face.
